Is SnakePress really free?
Yes. Capture, editing and recording are free forever. The Supporter License is optional and only removes the small watermark on Video Maker and Quick Edit exports, plus the coffee reminders.
How does the Supporter License work?
Pay once, from $3 (suggested $5), on Gumroad and you get a lifetime key. Enter it in the app. No subscription.
Does SnakePress upload my screenshots?
No. Files stay on your PC. There is no account and nothing is sent to a cloud.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11.
I am in Vietnam. Can I pay with MoMo?
Yes. Send via MoMo, then email tinhtd.info@gmail.com with the transfer details and you will receive a key.
Can I change the Print Screen shortcut?
Yes. Print Screen is the default and every hotkey is editable.
